We work with value-added resellers at all levels of participation. This includes completing relevant sections of RFPs / RFI, creating specifications for those who wish to supply hardware components, providing remote and on-site presentations to prospective clients, integration with VAR-supplied infrastructure. It also includes training VAR staff so it can act as a liaison with the Advantage 360 support and development teams and can provide local customer assistance, including on-site staffing and on-going customer training.

In addition to OEM and VAR partnership programs, we also offer finder’s fees to companies and individuals who first make us aware of a prospective customer who is in need of new or replacement billing, CRM and OSS software, but who do not wish to participate as partners in the pre-sale and post-sale processes.
