Projects typically start with an request for proposal (RFP), request for information (RFI), or by providing requirement documents. A scoping exercise or gap analysis can be performed on-site or remotely to ensure processes and use cases are well defined and no requirements are missed. The solution is deployed, and administrative users receive training for configuring the platform. In parallel, the data migration team performs mapping strategy with IT team.
This iterative process continues until the platform is configured and data is successfully migrated, tested, validated, and signed off. Just prior to launch date, end users receive training for all use cases. The day of launch, pre-launch activities are performed, and the solution goes live.
