A360 has added a new feature in Fulfillment and CRM for viewing, adding, and deleting Add-On Item charges that are pending to be billed that are related to a Billable ID (BID). These charges are typically prorate charges that were once only accessible from the Add-On Invoice application but now too accessible from the Fulfillment Detail button. With proper access users can now add, edit or delete charges and we track the user who is managing such records.
